朵莉絲誕生於對法式甜點的純粹熱愛。我們的創辦人在巴黎藍帶學院深造後,將正統法式技藝帶回台灣,融合在地食材,創造出屬於這片土地的浪漫滋味。Dolice was born from a pure passion for French patisserie. After training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, our founder brought authentic French techniques back to Taiwan, blending local ingredients to create romantic flavors rooted in this land.
