朵莉絲誕生於對法式甜點的純粹熱愛。我們的創辦人在巴黎藍帶學院深造後,將正統法式技藝帶回台灣,融合在地食材,創造出屬於這片土地的浪漫滋味。Dolice was born from a pure passion for French patisserie. After training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, our founder brought authentic French techniques back to Taiwan, blending local ingredients to create romantic flavors rooted in this land.

每一件甜點都經過嚴格品質把關,從原料挑選到製作工序,我們堅持手工製作,只為呈現最完美的法式體驗。Every creation undergoes rigorous quality control. From ingredient selection to crafting, we insist on handmade excellence to deliver the perfect French experience.

甜點主廚Our Chef

林芷萱 主廚Chef Chih-Hsuan Lin

巴黎藍帶學院甜點文憑。曾任職於巴黎米其林三星餐廳甜點部門,擁有超過十五年法式甜點製作經驗。Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Former pastry chef at a Michelin three-star restaurant in Paris, with over fifteen years of French patisserie expertise.
